This consultation gives you the chance to discuss any specific requirements you may have and allows us to better understand your expectations.
Our service typically begins with an initial deep clean, which we then maintain on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Our staff work in teams of two or three, are fully trained and uniformed. We do our best to provide the same cleaners each visit as they get to know your property and any specific requirements you may have. They can of course, be changed at your request. Additionally, they are not permitted to eat or smoke in your home.
We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to carry out each clean. Fresh materials are used on each clean and we employ a coloured coded cloth system which prevents any cross contamination between the kitchen, bathrooms and all other rooms. If you prefer, we can use your equipment or cleaning supplies at your request.
We understand that allowing people into your home can make you feel uncomfortable. That is why we carefully pick and employ all our staff and ensure they are covered by full insurance. We hope this gives you peace of mind regarding tax, national insurance, and the good character of our staff.
If like many of our customers, you will be out working whilst we clean your home, we can hold the keys for you. Only our owner or your cleaning team manager will have access to your keys, and we use a numbered key code system ensuring your keys and address are always kept separate.

If you are finding it difficult to get to our shop, you can combine our ironing service with your cleaning services. Just simply leave your ironing out for us when we come to clean and we will return it when we next visit. Alternatively, you can pick it up from the shop if you need it sooner.
